How it works

Nothing is submitted until you agree to the cost

  1. Call with your confirmation number

    Have the original booking reference and the change you'd like ready.

  2. Your agent checks the fare rules

    Every fare has its own change and cancellation conditions, set by the airline, not by us.

  3. You hear the total cost first

    Any airline change fee, fare difference, and our service fee are all disclosed before you approve.

  4. The change is submitted

    Once approved, your agent processes the change and reads back your updated itinerary.

Change fees and fare differences are set by the airline, not by Worlds Travel LLC. We disclose them clearly, but we cannot waive a fee the airline itself charges. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations are handled.
